I am having trouble getting past the "choose source data" and "merge type" screen?

I keep hitting "Next, Templates and send contitions" but nothing happens. I've tried two different devices now, and several times today. 

Are there issues today?

I just tested and FormMule worked for me.  Did you choose a source template? 

Can you share a copy of the spreadsheet with any sensitive information removed?
