If you have a lot of people completing a form at basically the same time, then FormMule can get overwhelmed and skip over some of your entries. This is because if a new entry comes in while FormMule is already running, then it will miss that new entry.
The best work around is to set a one-hour time trigger as well as the form submit trigger. The time trigger will catch any of the missed rows sometime within the hour.
Triggers are automated actions that occur for specific events, like on a form submit or at a moment in time. A trigger is authorized to run actions as the user who sets it, which means that emails and docs run on a trigger will look as though they were produced by the user who “owns” the trigger.
Google allows add-ons to have one trigger per type (i.e. form submit trigger, time trigger) per user, per document. This means technically each user can install their own trigger on formMule, but that would create duplicate merged emails. To avoid this we only allow a single trigger to be installed by any document collaborator. This is the trigger.

okay guys,
If you keep repeating yourselves then so will I.
Allow me to be ironic as a mule ought not to hit it's head to the same stone twice
(famous Dutch saying about people being stubborn when they shouldn't)
FACTS:
If the receiver of an email systems decides it is spam the problem is NOT the sender...
WHAT you send
and HOW you present yourself
can trigger the spam filter on the receiver side to not treat the email YOU like it to be treated...
...you can shout out for help as frequent as you want,
but the unfortunate fact remains YOUR EMAIL IS SPAM...
...according to the receiver...
and asking volunteers and FormMule adepts to change this is looking away from your own problem...
PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
Chef !
My kid rejects the meal you make !
And YOU being the chef and FormMule the kitchen where it happens ;)
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Fix your content (as it triggers spamfilters)
2. Inform receivers to whitelist your email address
3. Ask the ICT authority at the receiver side why you are blacklisted and how to get whitelisted
4. Change your process if you cannot change the outcome
5. stop asking the secretary to fix YOUR problem
and try think out of the (Schrodinger's) box to become a happy being ;)
Don't forget to have a wonderful (Sun)day!
Cheers, Bart

FormMule does not control nor manage your reputation as a mail sender...
...and your reputation is in the eye of the receiver...
...it's their opinion your spamming...
...nothing FormMule can do about.
If your receivers do not trust mails sent on your behalf then simply think of another solution then email or FormMule to communicate with them.
Don't expect FM to manage, educate, negotiate or pledge towards the receivers of your mails...
...as it is not it's purpose to do so...
...and it works as it should...
...the mail was made and sent...
...but the receivers computer says NO.
...I do not want to treat this mail as normal...
...and that remains their call...
...our condolences for all your efforts...
...and happy to help you with issues that are related to FormMule, not
