FormMule Gone crazy

Several issues are happening but really I would LOVE to just start over.  

Issues I'm having:

Every time I open formMule from the "Choose Source Data" option FormMule creates a new "hidden" sheet with "Template Template Template"

I cannot edit templates but through hidden sheets.  The "Set # of email templates" page does not open existing templates created unless I click originally in the menu "Preview and send all" then click "edit template(s)"

I've had new submission but they are not being triggered for some reason to run.  I can't fix the trigger because I can't get to the correct "email Merge Utility" page to populate the existing templates.
