Hi Folks,

I need to find out how to change either the sender's name or address. I am tasked with creating automated forms for our school and different departments. For obvious reasons I do not want all the form submissions to show my address as the "From" field.

How can I at least change the from name or the address?

Are there step-by-step instructions somewhere?

Thanks in advance!

FormMule uses the account that sets the trigger or manually runs the merge.

To change the triggers, first turn off triggers under the current account.
Then share the spreadsheet with the new account that you want to use to send.
Then set the triggers using that account.

There is no magic method to click someplace and make the change.  I believe that is a Google limitation to force the new sender to have signed onto their account to set up the process.

Did you put "no-reply" in the "Reply-To:" box on the form?
If you do, then it comes "from" "noreply@...."
I tried it without once and the emails starting showing that they were sent from my account.

If you want to show who the email is from so folks can reply, you have to have the sender setup the job.  If all you want to do is hide the sender, the no reply should work.

Form Mule only shows the sender's email address, it does not show the name --> Name <na...@gmail.com>

I have the name updated in both Gmail and Google Account settings... any ideas?

Thanks,
