only sending top email

I am trying to us formMule and it will only send out the top email.  Can you help?

I want it to send to all rows that contain an email address.  It will send to the first on the list but then just keeps spinning.  I am using one template and I put that the email address must be NOT NULL.  Is this right?

Thank you for supplying your user key. The errors I am seeing displayed under to key are connected to the spreadsheet timezone settings.

In your spreadsheet, go to file > spreadsheet settings > change time zone.
Change the time zone> save then change back to what you need it to be set as> save.

Also while logged into only one Google account, open Form Mule from the dropdown menu go to step1. "Choose source data and set merge type" and then make sure the correct sheet is selected. There is also a possibility that in this step Form Mule is set to the wrong sheet.
