Build/preview templates not saving

Hi there,

I'm trying to create a Form and have got to the stage where I've set the conditions. However, when I create the templates there doesn't seem to be any way to save - when I preview they just go appear blank and don't link to any of the templates in my drop down list.

Any help would be appreciated.

When you click on "Save and Preview", the template should be saved.  You should be brought to a screen to see the preview.

Make sure you are only signed onto one account.

Do you see a hidden sheet named the same as the name of your template?  If not, I suspect something is preventing FormMule from creating that sheet. 

Try using your personal account to see how FormMule is supposed to work.  If it works in your personal account then it is more likely to be something with the security.

Try an incognito window in Chrome.  Check with the admin folks for Google Workplace.
