FormMule stopped working

Hi All, 

I've got a spreadsheet our HR department uses that suddenly stopped working since April 9th and I can't find the reason. Luckily over the last year I've been using FormMule for my own purposes in our Tech Dept and I'm fairly familiar in how it operates. Here's some of the details I found: 

• My spreadsheet in our department is still functioning properly. So it seems specific to this HR Spreadsheet
• I checked the templates in the HR spreadsheet and it looks set up properly. They have it set to trigger every hour and have about 15 templates that correspond to a column to pull the proper template for each row. 
• I did a preview to see if the rules in place were being detected properly, it seems like it's detecting everything properly:

• I checked the edit history of the spreadsheet from April 9th until now and didn't see much that could indicate anything be changed that shouldn't have been. 

I'm not certain what else to check beyond this. Does anyone have any ideas?

Danny, 

I usually find something TINY when it stops working. CAn you copy and paste ALL of the headers into a viewable spreadsheet? 

Other things I see as issues than can fix the problem
1. the columns for formmule duplicate themselves on one or more of the templates. YOu have to delete them

2. Sometimes changing the time zone. Exit. Then come back and reset the time zone back to your time zone can help too. 

But I often find it was a header issue.

Well, Lets start with the time zone change. That's the easiest fix. I just changed it to something incorrect saved it, then changed it back and saved it. I'll wait an hour and see if these emails start pushing through.

DAnny- So we do no clog the thread, can you email me directly and then I can chat on the sheet . 

Can you confirm that you have ZERO columns without a header. The sheet you sent h as many.
