Formmule & CopyDown both not working (shows only "Help" under extensions menu)

To whom it may concern,

Has anyone successfully been able to reach out to customer service reps regarding Formmule & Copydown not working?

Is there a limit on usage?

Please advise.

I have been using this for years & have dozens of sheets that depend on this functionality for our microsystems to function.
