Formule stopped working

Hi

Formule stopped working after 28th March. Now I am unable to create a new template or restart the old template.

Hi Abhaas,

I just tested FormMule by submitting a form and also by opening the Add-on in the spreadsheet it's attached to and there were no issues.

What kind of Google account do you have? Mine is an individual account. Based on your email address, yours appears to be a managed account. 

So, it is possible that your Google administrator has changed some settings that might be stopping this particular add-on from running.

Hi Robin,

I have a gsuite account. No settings have been changed to stop the form-mule. I had just added an cc email id in the template in Google Sheets using my phone. After that the add on stopped working. 

Please refer to the photo below; I am unable to create a new template as well.

Hi Abhaas,

The first time you opened the FormMule configuration, you had to specify how many templates you wanted...
...and the(se) template(s) were automatically christened like "Template 1" (and higher)

This template is stored in an hidden sheettab with exactly that name:

...when you press the hamburgermenu on the sheettab row you'll see it in the list...

If I click on the sheettab with the name 'Template 1' a sheet like this appears:

Now, if you find your Template ID enter this name in the menu you are stuck under 'Template'
The screenshot you showed contained a blank where I expected 'Template 1' or something like that.
So manually enter your Template ID (e.g. 'Template 1') and then proceed to get something like this.

Does this get you back in control of what you want to do?
