I am using the following HTML codes in the body of my email. The email appears to have valid links, but when clicked there is an error code of "Check if there is a typo in xn--http-fb7a" for all three links.

Does anyone know how we might be able to fix this?

Actually the last code has been fixed already and reads:

Hi Janet,

My phone displays the doublequotes character (”) which you applied in the non-working links slightly different from the proper doublequote character (") to be used is html code.

paste the two formulas below in a Googleheet to learn what i mean:

="CHAR(34) is "&CHAR(34)&" which are the proper doublequotes to use in html code"

="CHAR(8221) is "&CHAR(34)&" which is the wrong doublequotes to use in html code"

Be warned: the doublequote is used in spreadsheets to enclose text, especially text with spaces in between. Google Sheets however is forgiving and allowels  =CHAR(""") with three doublequotes to get the value 34 you can use with =CHAR(34) to use in your formula.

Cheers from The Netherlands !

Thank you so much for your reply! This was exactly the problem. I had drafted my email in Google Docs using Arial font, and then simply copy/pasted into the FormMule template. When I deleted/retyped the quotes within FormMule’s template area, all links are now working properly!

Hi Janet,

I just noticed a copy /paste typing error of my own in my answer:

The below are corrected:

="CHAR(34) is "&CHAR(34)&" which are the proper doublequotes to use in html code"

="CHAR(8221) is "&CHAR(8221)&" which is the wrong doublequotes to use in html code"

Anyhow, as you can see, i prefer Google Sheets over Docs for numerous reasons ;)

Cheers, Bart
