FormMule and other Add-ons not working and not available in Sheets' meu

I don't know if anybody else is affected by this, but I'm experiencing a problem and would like feedback that it's not just me.

I use FormMule and CopyDown in a set of mission-sensitive spreadsheets, and they've operated without problem for several months, now.

This morning, I've discovered that neither add-on is currently working, and in fact, all add-ons have disappeared from the Add-Ons menu in the specific Google sheets.

I imagine that someone's working on this somewhere, but I'm curious how extensive the issue is, and if anybody has an idea how long the services will be down.

Hello,

Yes, it looks as if Google is having a service interruption.
It is curious because I don't yet see a mention of this issue on the Google Support forums/ Google Down Detector/G Suite Status Dashboard but will keep checking for more information.
And just to clarify, you had other add-ons installed besides Cloudlab add-ons (Form Mule, Copy Down etc)
I would recommend reporting this service interruption to Google so they can address the issue & I will keep this forum posted with any new information I encounter.

I am having exactly the same issue. The add-ons in the menu come and go but CopyDown and FormMule not working

I spoke with the Technology Services department here in my school district; they said they see requests for service on the topic in the support section for Google. (Unfortunately, I don't have access to that administrative part of Google and cannot provide any sort of confirmation, myself.)

Hi All,

I too am having the same problem. Not only is FormMule not working, ALL add-ons are missing from my Google Sheets menu.

As of 12:22 pm, Pacific Time in the USA, it seems to be up and running again; but I'm testing everything just to make sure

I am up and running again now too. However, I noticed that any forms that had run during the downtime still didn't work. I had to open CopyDown and save settings to kick it into life and then run FormMule to re-enable triggers. After that, all back working again

Glad to hear it! It makes sense that during the service interruption that automated jobs would not run and that some settings would have to be reset. 
Thank you for sharing how you got everything back up and running & also thank you for hanging in there and troubleshooting!

I am having the same problem.  If I re-install the Form Mule add-on, will I lose all existing data in my form and/or spreadsheet?  How do I save my existing auto-response triggers and templates?

Hi Gabi,

Your existing data on your Form & Spreadsheet should be saved without a problem ... You will probably need to manually reset any form triggers and time triggers once the ad ons start working correctly again .... Your FormMule templates are saved. You can find the information for each template when you look for hidden sheets on your spreadsheet. FormMule creates a separate hidden sheet each for each template created in the add on.

  And, it appears to be back up and running for me in Oregon, USA at 9:39 am (Pacific Time). It's becoming "old hat" for me to re-start all the Add-Ons!
