FormMule Templates and Send Conditions- Not Advancing to Next Screen

When clicking "Templates and Send Conditions", then typing in an "Email Template" name, FormMule will not move to the next screen. It is re-loading the same screen. I tried on bot the enterprise and on personal account and both are doing the same thing.

Hey Joe,

Thank you for pointing me in this direction, making a video and a Google Sheets template that I was able to copy into my Google Sheet and see the error. I corrected the long header and I am now able to use FormMule. In 10 years of using the program, this is the first time I ran into this issue. I appreciate your assistance and time taken to create the video and resource materials to correct the error. Have a fabulous day!!!
