Good Afternoon!
Hoping someone has an easy answer to this. We created an employee notification Google Form - I have FormMule on the sheet but I CHANGED the labels of my data fields and used them in 3 specific FormMule Email Templates -
1 - Employee New hire
2 - Employee Change
3 - Employee Termination
Somehow the field names on the google sheet are reverting back to the Employee Form names? I thought I was going crazy so after I rebuilt the form merge fields on the templates (TWICE) I copied the column headers to another sheet. Sure enough, today the FormMule e-mail was sent with an employee 'Undefined' When I opened the sheet, the column names were reverted back. I copied and pasted the spare I had and the e-mail went out correctly.
Anyone have a fix or a recommendation? Many thanks in advance!
