Spinning After Removing Email Template Name

I originally had 2 Email templates for different send conditions.  I believe I have remove the name of one and click save.  After that, I got stuck with the spinning wheel on all 3 functions under Setup.

I have tried removing the hidden templates, then try one of the function under Setup.  A new hidden sheet will be recreated, even though I have 2 conditions, and stuck on spinning.  Is there anyway to reset the FormMule?
