Thank you for supplying your user key. The errors I am seeing displayed under to key are connected to the spreadsheet timezone settings.
In your spreadsheet, go to file > spreadsheet settings > change time zone.
Change the time zone and then change back to what you need it to be set as. See if that resolves the error.
However, the errors that I see in the error console relating to a Network Connection Failure are usually temporary or may be solved by making sure your browser is updated, clearing cookies and the cache.
I would try both of these to see if we can get it up and running, also make sure you only have one Google account open at the time and/or open an incognito window and try and run form mule.
