Formule greyed out after setup

Hi Team,

Thanks so much for maintaining this great product...it's one of my favorites. I've been having a problem the past few weeks where I open up a spreadsheet, set everything up the way I want in form mule and when I log in the next day to edit or change something, form mule is greyed out in my add ins menu. I can successfully set up another one, but then the loop continues with it greyed out again the next day. Any suggestions?

Hello Josh,

Thank you for providing your user key and an image of the console.
The only error I can on the backend connected to your user key is that a time trigger error that says Form Mule can not access the spreadsheet ( this is probably for one of your other Form Mule jobs)

I am have not heard of this issue before and am curious where this sheet is being saved, is this spreadsheet on your drive ( not a team or shared drive), have you tried to open in an incognito window, are any other add-ons being grayed out from the Add-ons menu, do you have an add-blocker installed? ( any of these might be blocking access to the add-on)
