to NV Form Mule Add-on
I have not had any issues with my sheet and now I cannot get it to open any FormMule extension. It is not just spinning without loading. I believe templates were added to another template that I need removed to run this smoothly.

I cannot get it to run on any sheet. It was working yesterday.

I went through the steps to delete FormMule extension, delete all templates, and the columns created. I reinstalled FormMule, refreshed my sheet, and the extension is still spinning. Any help would be appreciated at this point.

When I asked my wife what her thoughts were on how to solve a problem where everything is spinning she yold me to quit drinking beer and do something useful ;)

This is hard, especially the part where i actually start doing something...
...but this might just be what may have been the cause of your issue...
...ask your Google Domain administrator if (s)he has restricted the use of Google Sheets extensions?
This causes all kinds of problems which deny FormMule from working properly.

If you're using a private / personal/ non-domain Google account the start a private browsing session (ctrl+shift+N) and login into this Gooogle account, the open the sheet(s) again with FM configured to determine if FM works then as normal (or not)
If it does a (synchronised) issue with your cookies or misbehaving extension might be the root-cause.

Let us know as soon as you gave nore information;)

close all the sheettabs with sheets open with your account. Then retry open a sheet in an incognito session to rule out local extension conflicts...
...and please provide more information on what kind of account (personal/domain) you're using as simple observations (it works or it doesn't) do not provide enough clues on the why exactly.

The psychic department has decided to seek their challenges elsewhere ;)

In case of the latter, involve your domain administrator.

They can disable FM to work at all by checking  one simple [✓] in your domain policies.
Yesterday no problemo, today no longer work because of policychange, not because of you or Formmule.
