Formmule stopped working

Hi Formmule stopped working. There is only a spinning wheel so I cant access the form.  This is my user Key AOLcDSAu0ygUkrlc88aKwqvbHWKAP8oVx4QNk1Q3tCE/jnbIoT6pAsZxNDNBK9m0A6udhdXmm2GL


I tried to check for duplicates templates, but did not see any and deleted a few. However, it is still not working. I also tried unlinking the form and linked it again.  I would appreciate any feedback!! I have attached two screen shots

Hello,

Thank you for including your user key and details on your spreadsheet set-up.

I see many errors connected to your key, one of which is the timezone error which you may have fixed already because I only see it a few times.
Other errors are around too many invocations for spreadsheets ( this is a Google related error and could happen if you keep trying to run a large amount of activity on multiple spreadsheets at once) Click here for more information on Google limitations and quotas 

There are many errors indicating that a sheet you have form mule running on was either deleted or the sharing permissions were changed ( this can happen if the file moves into a team or shared drive) Make sure the file is on your drive and that you are only logged into one Google account (multiple accounts confuse permissions and cause errors)

There is one more error that I have not seen before relating to Form Mule which is "Those columns are out of bounds". I will try and figure that one out and circle back. If you get the spinning wheel again hold down Control+Shift+J" on a PC or "Command+Option+I" on a Mac and when the side window opens, take a screenshot of the error console ( make sure the side window is on the 'console' tab) That might give us more clues.
