Sent Status Columns not updating

Hello, 

This is my first time using FormMule. I have received test emails, but the columns in my spreadsheet for the send status have not updated to reflect they were sent. 

I am also having difficulty getting my reminder emails to send--I have 8 different templates, and 3 are different reminders. The other five run off the same conditional cell, and seem to be working fine--except it looks like it will send every day because it doesn't seem to understand it has sent since the send status has not updated. 

Please advise. Thank you.
