[Stuck] ReferenceError: key is not defined

to NV Doctopus Add-on

Hi all

We've been using Doctopus a bunch and now when we go to load a roster on a new Sheet, we are getting this error ([ReferenceError: key is not defined]) and can't move on to Step 3. Screenshot below and video here.

Any insights?!
