Cannot install Doctopus in new gmail account

to NV Doctopus Add-on

I want to send documents from a new gmail account, as students are replying to my personal gmail account. But doctopus won't install, no matter how many times I try.

What is the problem?

I believe you need to have a google classroom account.

mine ends in @apps + my school info.

I don't think so. The account I usually use is my personal gmail account, not a Google classroom a/c. Many thanks for replying though.
