I have completed comments and scores on an assignment ingested from Google Classroom.

When I hit "submit" Goobric auto advances, but the scores are never submitted (no emails are sent to students, the rubric is not stamped on the document, the spreadsheet is not populated with rubric scores).

When I un-click "auto-advance on submit" it just gets stuck with the spinning wheel that never goes away.

I ingested this same assignment  from several different Google Classrooms (so several different Doctopus sheets), but all behave this same way.

Is there an issue with Doctopus/Goobric interfacing with assignments ingested from Google Classroom?

Hello Julie,

Can you make sure that you are only logged into one Google account (multiple accounts open can cause permission issues), confirm all files are on your drive (not a team or shared drive) and try again in an incognito window?
If you get the spinning wheel again ( when un-clicking the "auto-advance" option) can you please hold down "Control+Shift+J" on a PC or "Command+Option+I" on a Mac and take a screenshot of the error console when the side window opens make sure the menu is on 'Console'.
Thanks!

Hi Amanda,

Okay, I went through and made sure I was logged into only one Google account (I think I was logged into another one before), that all files were on my drive (The rubric was indeed on a team drive, but it is relocated now), and I tried in an incognito window.    Still - no luck.

I've attached a screenshot of the error console.

Thanks in advance for any insight!

Hi Julie,

Thank you for checking those details, trying the incognito window and sharing the error console.
The repeated error message in the console that says "Blocked by Client" usually refers to an add-blocker or another extension that will not let the application run correctly. (add-blockers are usually disabled in incognito mode unless pushed by administrative settings)

However the other error in this message ".....Failed due to illegal value" makes me curious, the scores you are submitting into Goobric are they all whole numeric values? (numbers only?)

Thanks!!!
