Check for New Submissions Removes Formatting

I like to use Conditional Formatting to make sure that I know which assignments are marked as Not Turned In. If I use the Check for New Submissions function then all the Conditional Formatting is removed. I think that Doctopus remakes the sheet in full, formatting and data, so could you add the ability to highlight rows that have "Not Turned In" as a status?
