Doctopus Stuck for Some Staff

Hi All:

For a few staff members at my school, Doctopus (which we LOVE) gets stuck when teachers try to ASSESS student work. 

They are all added to the Google classroom as teachers

They are all added as co-teachers to the spreadsheet

The goobric is attached (and is a separate file)

We've never had this issue before.

Please help!
