Rubric not attaching to only SOME students?

I'm super confused.  I ingested an assignment and MOST of my kids were able to see the rubric once they authorized and refreshed the submitted document.  A handful of kids are not able to see it thought I cannot for the life of my figure out why.

They don't have the "authorize Goobric" button on their doc either.  Any ideas?

I may be wrong, but perhaps students have not installed the proper add-on in Google Chrome. So some have and others have not?

thats what I hoped too, but the extension was pushed out by our district to all the students :(

Hi Sarah,

Hmmm....is it possible that these students have a pop-up blocker installed? 

Could they try and open the document in an incognito window and see if they then can see the rubric?

This next step might be hard but if you could help one of the students load the error console when they open the document (the error console  could tell us if any errors are occurring on the user-facing side of the add-on) To do this:  hold down Control+Shift+J" on a PC or "Command+Option+I" on a Mac and when the side window opens, take a screenshot of the error console ( make sure the side window is on the 'console' tab)

I tried those keyboard shortcuts but the kids use chromebooks and it wouldn't work ...
