Conflating Files

I used doctopus to distribute a file. I attached the goobric and have been giving feedback and scoring the assignment. However, I have 3 instances of conflated files. The drop down shows two names on the same line. When I go back tot he spreadsheet view and click Assess Document, it will take me to the same file for both students. There is no longer a way to assess the second student's work with the Goobric. I'm not sure if this is a Googbric issue or Doctopus issue. And I don't know how to fix it.
