Documents Not Loading in Bottom Pane

When trying to use Goobric to "assess," the document isn't loading into the bottom pane. If I load it manually from the link in the spreadsheet, it will load separately, but the bottom pane says: "403. That’s an error. We're sorry, but you do not have access to this page. That’s all we know." or "accounts.google.com refused to connect." The funny thing is that if I use the goobric pane at top, it will paste the rubric and score into the document.

Update: For some reason, this is only happening in Chrome. Everything's working in Safari.
