Doctopus Not Launching

Hello. I have been using Doctopus for the past five years, and have not had any problems in using it. For the past two days, I have tried to launch Doctopus from a student roster that I created for 2019-20. When I click Tools > Add-ons > Doctopus > Setup > Step 1 Select Mode, the Doctopus Screen appears on the Google Sheet and just spins. It never launches.

I really like using Doctopus, but I may not use it again if I cannot find a solution. I hope this can be fixed. Thanks.

Hello,

When you try and load Doctopus can you make sure you are only logged into one Google account and that this spreadsheet is on your drive (not on a team/shared drive). You could also try to open up in an incognito window to make sure an add-blocker is not preventing Doctopus from running.

If you are still seeing this issue, can you please hold down Control+Shift+J" on a PC or "Command+Option+I" on a Mac and when the side window opens, take a screenshot of the error console ( make sure the side window is on the 'console' tab)
