Lost my split screen view with assignment and rubric

A few weeks ago I stopped seeing my assignments in the split screen with the rubric and the assignment (see attached). I can use Full Edit and the assignment comes up, but in the split screen mode the message is: accounts.google.com refused to connect. 

Nothing changed. I'm using the same folders and the same rubrics and assignment locations as before the error.

Any suggestions?

Hello, 

"accounts.google.com refused to connect" sounds like a browser related issue.
Do you know if your Chrome Browser is up to date or are there any add-on blockers installed?
Also, can you make sure you are only logged into one Google account ( important) and try and open Goobric in an incognito window?

I also am having this problem. I checked for mulitple accounts, ad blockers, and tried using incognito window. Please help!

Hello Dory,

Are these files (assignment folder and rubric) on your drive (not on a team or shared drive)?

Next time this happens can you please hold down Control+Shift+J" on a PC or "Command+Option+I" on a Mac and when the side window opens, take a screenshot of the error console ( make sure the side window is on the 'console' tab). I would be curious to see if the error console can help us pinpoint the issue you are seeing.
