I would make sure this file is on your drive, (not in a team drive or shared drive) that you are using a Chrome browser and only logged into one Google account when trying to launch Goobric. (having multiple accounts open confuses the add-on)

You can also try to launch in an incognito window ( to make sure no extensions are blocking the add-on from running)
