Doctopus stuck on load

Yesterday (11/27) I was able to use Doctopus with no problem to check previous documents I had created and to create and distribute new docs. Today I cannot get Doctopus to load at all - I just get the "spinning wheel of death" (see attached). I have cleared all history, cookies, cache in my browsers and tried three different browsers (Brave, Chrome and Safari) - all to no avail. Doctopus normally works just fine in Brave (with shields down). I've also tried different wi-fi networks including using my cell phone as a hot spot. Anyone having similar problems today? Any suggestions?

The issue persists for me. I have verified that other teachers in my district are able to use Doctopus, and I have discovered a workaround...it works if I open Google Drive in an Incognito window. Still trying to figure out why it doesn't work in a regular Chrome window.

I solved the issue by removing all non-essential extensions.
