Docappender cannot find any files in my folder

Docappender cannot find any files in my folder even though last week, and on several other occasions docappender links my forms to these same files. I am not signed on to any other google account. I've even shut everything else down and tried just using chrome but it still keeps says that there are no files in the folder when there are clearly files in the folder.

Are you clicking on the folder once and pressing select? (don't double-click on the folder in this step)
