Inconsistency of doc appending

+Amanda Smith I currently am using Doc Appender as a timesheet when student sign in and sign out district buildings for their tutoring position. I find that for the most part everything is working correctly. However, daily I find that 5 to 10 out of 100 form submittals do not append the doc. The spreadsheets have the information but it did not post on the document. I'm a long time user of Autocrat and FormMule but this is my first shot in using DocAppender. Is there something I should be doing different on my end.. Since most are posting correctly I am at a loss of why this is happening.
