''choices'' not generated - HELP!

Hi - The ''choices'' are not being generated when I link the folder...Is it a bug? Am I doing it wrong? All the single documents are in the folder... see pictures attached...

Update - I've noticed it works if I have a smaller number of files in the folder.

What is the maximum?

I only have 50...
