The default for the timestamp is the European style for the date, day/month/year.
Is there a way to change this to the American style of month/day/year??
If so, how do I do it??

Hello Charles,
Interesting, that should not happen...is the form connected to a spreadsheet ( collecting form responses?)
If so, in your spreadsheet, go to file > spreadsheet settings > change time zone. Change the time zone and then change back to what you need it to be set as.
See if that fixes the timestamp that lands on the doc.

Yes, I tried a Google Form that is attached to a spreadsheet. The spreadsheet is working great and shows the correct date. The DocAppender is still incorrect. Attached are screenshots.
