Not Appending Docs (stopped working Friday)

It seems the Add On has stopped appending Google Drive Documents upon form submissions. These same documents and folder has been updating since September 2022.  Yet, is no longer updating. Removed the Add On and Re-Authorized. Add a New Document and still no updating. Only 17 documents in this folder and it is in My Drive and Shared with only Google Classroom. User ID is below
