Doc Appender is saying there are no items in my folder, but there are

Hello,

DocAPPender is now loading, thank you, but when I select a folder (there are docs in it and other forms have student information going to them), it says, there are "no items in this folder".

Please help.

Hi Katie,

Thank you for the update, glad to hear the add-on is loading again. ( I do think the issue was connected to an overloaded Google Server)
In this step, make sure you are only clicking on the folder once; do not double-click into the folder.

I am still having the same issue - When I load up the doc appender, it doesn't automatically choose the folder I am in (it used to and loaded it as an option)... so then I search for it which is fine, but when I find it, it says "no docs in the folder" which isn't true - there are MANY! And then it just keeps "thinking" so I can never actually select the right folder. It won't let me go to any further step because it "thinks" there are no docs... I have tried changing folders, creating new ones... I am lost. I have included an image.

Hello,

Please make sure you are only logged into one Google account (having multiple accounts open will cause permission issues)
Then please check that these files/folder are on your Drive ( not a Team or Shared Drive)
I would also suggest opening up a Chrome Incognito window and then trying to load Doc Appender.

Did anyone ever figure out a solution to this?  I am trying to locate items in a destination folder, but it says "no items in this folder" every time.  I've unistalled and installed the add on, restared my computer, and have still had no luck.
