Copy down just stopped working on my spreadsheet

Hello,

Can any other add-ons run on your sheet?
I saw another user for a different add-on reporting "Exception: Service Unavailable: Spreadsheets" which looks a Google Service error, so I am curious if this isolated to that one user or more widespread.

Can you open Copy Down and reload the settings and also please hold down Control+Shift+J" on a PC or "Command+Option+I" on a Mac and when the side window opens, take a screenshot of the error console ( make sure the side window is on the 'console' tab) It would be interesting to see if an error populates there.

None of my add ons in sheets will work. They don't even appear in my list of add ons.

Interesting. Thank you for that update!

To me, that sounds like a Google Service Error. I will look into to see if I can find any more information on if Google Spreadsheet Service is experiencing a disruption.

Same here - ChangeCase was working, and I was going to post that - however upon reloading the sheet, none of my addons are showing up in the Add-ons dropdown menu.

Same here in Oregon. My add-ons aren't even available in the menu.

And as of 12:22 pm, Pacific Time in the USA, it appears to be up and running again for me; but I'm still testing, just to be sure.

I also have been following this Google Issue Tracker thread where a Google employee has updated the thread to say that docs add-on menus should now be working.
Hopefully, everyone will soon see this functionality reinstated in their files.

Copy down stopped working again on my spreadsheet. Doesn't even show in my list of add ons. Is there another problem with sheets add ons today or is this just me?

Yes! It's been happening all week.
Sometimes when I try to open Copydown's settings, all of my Add-ons will be gone. 
Other times, I will be able to get to Copydown's settings, but when I try to refresh, the wheel just spins and spins. 
This has been failing on several of my spreadsheets all week long. 
I was able to get it running after messing around with deleting and reinstituting my formulas and turning on and off copydown, but it only ran for about a day before failures started up again. 
Please fix soon!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I don't believe this is an issue that can be solved by the Copy Down devs. Google had a web store outage on Feb 4th and all add-ons listed in the G-suite marketplace have been spotty since.

Tyler is correct. 
Unfortunately, there is nothing Cloudlab developers can do about the Google Service Outage. 
Thank you for reporting the issue here but I would highly recommend reporting this issue directly to Google Support so they can be aware of how many people this outage is impacting. Thanks!

And, it appears to be back up and running for me in Oregon, USA at 9:39 am (Pacific Time). It's becoming "old hat" for me to re-start all the Add-Ons!

If you are still experiencing this issue or if it happens again, there are a few ways to report it
First, send Google the info right from your Google file.
In Sheets, the 'Help' menu gives you the option to 'Report a Problem'.

If you are a Domain Admin, you can submit a ticket through your Admin console.
You can also report an issue on the Google Support Forums
