Multiple Error on Copy Down

Hello, this is my second time getting this error. Received an email stating

"The copyDown Add-on failed to execute on row 124 of the form response sheet "

is this normal and happen frequently? if so, what can I do to improve so it didnt happen again?

It is not normal but happens occasionally.

I recommend array formula.  I have a video in my YouTube channel.
