Hello everyone,

Thank you for your continued patience. We have a few updates regarding the recently reported issues:

1. Form Triggers Not Working

Thank you to everyone who tried the initial workarounds and let us know they weren't working. We have just deployed a new update that should resolve this issue.

  • Action required: None. This fix should apply automatically without you needing to reset any settings.

  • Feedback: Please let us know if your form triggers are working normally again.

2. Excessive Authorization Emails

These automated emails are being triggered for every sheet with an active Autocrat job. While they are supposed to stop once the add-on is re-authorized, we know many of you are still receiving them.

Google multi-login issues often cause this. To stop the emails, please try re-authorizing while logged into only the Google account that owns the trigger:

  1. Open Autocrat and click on Manage Triggers.

  2. Look under Trigger Owner to find the specific email address associated with the job.

  3. Log out of all other Google accounts in your browser, or open an Incognito window, and log into only that specific account.

  4. Re-authorize the add-on.

Note: We are continuing to investigate this on our end to find a more permanent solution. In the meantime, you may want to set up an inbox filter to temporarily route these notifications out of your primary inbox.

Make sure you are signed on to only one account.  Running in an incognito window in Chrome solves this problem.
