Autocrat is merging my document fine, however, it is saving the merged document in "My Drive" instead of the assigned shared folder that the job is running from. This is creating the problem that not only those assigned to the shared drive do not have access to the certificate, but I have to go in and move the certificate manually to the shared drive in order for anyone else to be able to access the certificate. when you are merging hundreds of documents this can be extremely time consuming and confusing when there are multiple different merges running daily.
Help!!!

Are you using a Shared or Team Drive? Autocrat doesn't work with those. I think you will have to put the output in a non Team drive and change the permissions as necessary.

I have used a "team or shared" drive to merge and file the output before (just a few weeks ago in fact). Has something recently changed that does not allow this? I've been using it in a shared drive for the last year (during covid) and it has worked perfectly until just a few weeks ago. Now, because it is sending the output to my drive, it's causing havoc with the system we have set up. I'm trying to figure out if we are going to have to change our system. I just need it to work like it has for the last year!

Is this the same merge that had been running or is it a new merge?
It was my understanding that Autocrat would not work with a Team drive. I don't have a WorkPlace account and cannot test.
I don't think I can be of much additional help.

I create a new merge job about every other day. So the recent ones that have not been working are new jobs.
