Is there a limit on how many jobs you can have?

I am creating a big master sheet for 12 schools. There are 6 tabs and each one relates to a different form. Within each form there are 12 different jobs with a Merge condition depending on which school answers so the documents can go into separate schools folders.

This was working but now when someone submits a new response, it doesn't automatically run the job even though I have all of them set to run on trigger.

Is this just way too many jobs in one sheet for autocrat to handle?

Thank you for your help!

I have some projects that are similar.  In your case, what I would do, is create a new tab called "Dynamic_Folder_ID".  In this tab have the schools in column A and the corresponding School Doc Folder ID in Column B.  On your Response sheet, do a vlookup for the school and then plug the Folder ID in a separate column.  In your Job setup, use this column as your Dynamic folder for placing created documents.  Then share and give permissions for these folders.

This is a pretty quick explanation.  If it doesn't make sense, let me know.

I love this solution.  You always want to use as few jobs as possible.  Look for things that are alike and find a solution for those that are different.

In this case, I don't know what is different about the forms but if fewer forms can be used you will make things easier.

Upfront work usually pays off.
