I found this explanation online from

and it is perfect for what I am currently experiencing.

Autocrat is saying I don't have access to the template or folder that I have been using for over a year now all the sudden, I am the owner of both.  I've checked the general access on both and they are set correctly, have tried uninstalling and re-installing autocrat, and have tried troubleshooting with my tech department (because this is a work google account) and they have confirmed that this add on has been approved and see no access issues on their end.  I don't know what could have happened last week to cause this but any suggestions are appreciated.

Are you saying that you were using a shared drive?  This conference is usually the best place to go for solutions.

I understand that the titles of the questions can make a search difficult.

I'm happy you found the solution.

Hi.  It is in a shared folder but I created a folder that is not shared and started from scratch--I am still receiving the same error message.  I did not find a solution!  It is so strange, it worked beautifully for so long. Thank you. ~Rashelle
