MY Autocrat mail merge been blocked

When you clicked on the LEARN MORE prompt what were the possible reasons given?

It lead me to gmail help ......

It might be that your messages are being flagged as spam by the receiving servers. Have you just started using Autocrat and are now sending out a larger number of emails over a period than you normally would

Hi, I have the same problem. 

All email I send with autocrat turns back with the same error message. 

How can I fix it?

If all of the messages are blocked, I suspect a setting at the Workplace level is blocking the email.  Either not allowing sending outside the organization or receiving inside the organization.  I would talk to the Workplace admin.
