Autocrat Menu Only Shows "Help" – "Open" Menu Missing

Hello,

I'm having a persistent issue with the Autocrat add-on in Google Sheets.

The Problem:
When I click on Extensions > Autocrat, the only option that appears in the menu is "Help." The primary "Open" menu, which is needed to configure or run a job, is completely missing.

Additional Context:

• The issue persists across multiple Google Sheets.

• The "Help" menu is still accessible, but it doesn't offer a way to restore the main menu.

I'm encountering the same issue since this morning. Actually, this morning I found Autocrat to be uninstalled from my Workspace. I am the Workspace's admin, and I have no memory of unistalling it yesterday. This morning, with many difficulties and errors I managed to install it once again for my organisation, but still in most of the cases in the 'Autocrat' menu only the 'Help' option appears. Some of those times the 'Script AutoCrat3.onStart experienced an error' alert appears. I verified all of the Workspace's settings that possibly blocked the access to third-party add-ons, but everything is enabled.

We are experimenting today the same issue like Marta. But we see autocrat installed but with the menu only help. 

the only option is to "disintall" and reinstall. But I'm afraid to loose all the jobs set in the googlespreadheets.

Any advice how to resolve ?

Hi,

I realized yesterday it stopped working for us too at some point. There has been a disruption in the Google Apps Script (GAS) service (the 'base' used for the Autocrat). Actually I use GAS a lot, and all of my scripts had execution errors yesterday, at the same moment when the scripts stopped working. Everything seems to be working now. It seems like the problem is not strictly linked to the plugin itself.
