Issues with Autocrat Extension - PDF Generation and Link Return Errors

I am writing to report persistent issues we have been experiencing with the Autocrat extension while attempting to generate documents from our Google Sheets data.

Firstly, despite selecting the PDF output option, Autocrat consistently produces Google Docs documents populated with the spreadsheet information. We have tried editing and saving settings multiple times, but even with PDF selected, the output remains Google Docs files instead of the desired PDF format.

Secondly, the extension is failing to return the redirect links within the columns it has created in our spreadsheet. These links are essential for tracking generated documents, and their absence is impacting our workflow severely.

We kindly request assistance in resolving these issues at the earliest convenience, as they are critical for our document automation process.

I'm not sure you should be using an Add-on for critical processes.

There are two places to select the output type.  Are they both set to PDF?

What is in the Status column that Autocrat adds?  

Autocrat builds a document first and then converts it to a PDF.  If Autocrat is failing between these steps, it might not be working properly.

Is Autocrat being run via trigger or manually?

Thank you very much for your attention and support regarding the issues we are facing with the Autocrat extension.

I would like to confirm that both output options are indeed configured to PDF. However, the columns created by Autocrat remain blank, and the Status column displays messages such as: "Starting at Wed Oct 01 2025 20:05:06 GMT-0400 (EDT)" without further updates.

Additionally, I am using triggers to run Autocrat as intended.

Please find attached images illustrating the current situation.

We appreciate your assistance in resolving these matters.

It appears that Autocrat didn't complete at some point in time.  When Autocrat starts, it puts the Starting .. ,message in each row it is about to process.  If Autocrat sees anything in the status column, it will not process that row.

Delete the Starting ... from the status column.  

If this happens again, you can investigate further why Autocrat isn't completing.
