1. Yes, I'm running Autocrat on the Form Response Sheet. I am copying and pasting new responses to other spreadsheets, so I don't know if this is somehow related to staff getting multiple copies.
2. I only delete rows in the spreadsheet, but this may have accidently occurred without me realizing it.
3. I did add a highlighted row to help me distinguish 1st semester from 2nd semester forms (work in a school district).
I created new destination folder, Google Doc form for output and a new tab under the spreadsheet to route to. Hoping this will fix the problem!
