Creating Multiple Emails/PDF's of the same form submission

Hello,

I am having a problem with my current autocrat system that did not exist before January 2024. Every time a form is submitted, there isn't just one but 2-8 autocrat emails and PDFs that are generated. I need it to just send one email with one PDF but I can't figure out why it's doing this. I have the autocrat system set on a form trigger as I need them generated way more frequently than every hour.

Are you running Autocrat on the Form Responses sheet?

Did someone delete data instead of deleting the entire row?

Did someone sort the data in the response sheet?

Autocrat should add something to the status column and not process a row with anything in the status column.

Autocrat expects the form response to be in the last row.  It gets very confused if the sheet was modified in ways it didn't expect.

Sometimes, the easiest way to get going again is to create a new output destination from the Google Form.

1. Yes, I'm running Autocrat on the Form Response Sheet. I am copying and pasting new responses to other spreadsheets, so I don't know if this is somehow related to staff getting multiple copies. 

2. I only delete rows in the spreadsheet, but this may have accidently occurred without me realizing it. 

3. I did add a highlighted row to help me distinguish 1st semester from 2nd semester forms (work in a school district).

I created new destination folder, Google Doc form for output and a new tab under the spreadsheet to route to. Hoping this will fix the problem! 

Thank you for the information! I knew the spreadsheet was sensitive but not that sensitive! :P
