ERROR: tags fetching failed in autocrat.Please make sure type in all tags in your template manually. AutoCrat won't fetch tags that are from copy & paste.

Greeting everyone,
i already click autocrat and launch , but i go to key in job merge and till cant go to the next step. come out error already. first time , i try to do it and email show the e-certificate google slide as pdf but didn't come out participate name and appeal at google drive pdf (success read the participate name ). how to solve this problem

If the template was created using a non-Google product, delete and retype the merge tags in the template.

If you created the Google slide from scratch and not from another product, there might be a chance that you have the merge tags imbedded where Autocrat can't locate them.  Try putting a tag inside of a text box.

I cant even open the autocrat tool. It shows the error and never loads. It was working fine and now doesn't from within the sheet.

Try a new spreadsheet.  If the data is from a form, select a new destination.
