The triggers are associated with the person who set them.  The easiest method is for the person who set the triggers to sign on and open Autocrat.  On the first screen, there is an option to manage triggers.  They can remove the triggers.

If that person or account is no longer available, the only way I know is to create a new copy of the spreadsheet.  If the data comes from a from, going to the form and selecting a new output location works.

You must be careful to maintain the information about which rows have had merges run on them and copy the status information.

I took over a google form and connected sheet. I am the owner for both. However I can't get autocrat to run because the trigger owner is the original form and sheet owner. 

The original owner deleted autocrat. I removed the original owner from the Form and the Sheet.

Is there anything else I can do to get this run automatically?

Only the original owner can remove their triggers since they are bound to their account. You cannot delete another account's triggers.

Ask the original owner to remove their triggers by going to the following link:
