Blanks are being sent

Good Morning

I have recently noticed that the system is sending blank responses for some unknown reason. Would anyone be able to help?

I have recently changed the ownership of the sheet to someone else. Could this be the reason?

Autocrat processes every row that isn't blank.  You have a formula or something that is putting a value in one of the columns.

You can fix the problem or add a filter that says to only process rows with data in a required field.
